Originally designed and submitted as a hotel, MMA was asked to provide a better commercial solution for the site. Once financial due diligence was undertaken and client approval was achieved, MMA assembled the full design team and coordinated all statutory approval procedures, as well as coordinating with the local Registered Social Landlord and producing all marketing materials.
